It's our second time here, the location and value for money is what makes us come back. All the staff are friendly and helpful in any way. Right now, they're doing renovations but it doesn't affect the good service. That's why I didn't give full smile on that area for cleanliness but we will surely book here again.

I've been staying here for years and love the service! And the convenience of the location! And the fact that there are ground floor rooms with an external door which makes it so much easier when one has pets. I think it's the only Hotel in the area that has that convenience.

- Nice, new, clean rooms - Comfortable beds - Nice staff who are very honest and helpful. I left behind a brand new Bose Bluetooth speaker and it was waiting for me when I checked later. - Incl breakfast and free coffee - I felt very safe - No chaos in the hallways like some other Winnipeg hotels. - Gym

The hotel is really nice, very homely and comfortable. The location from the airport was the best. The staff is really nice and helpful. We had an early flight and didn't realize the hotel was so close to the airport. We were able to drop off our luggage, have breakfast, and enjoy the city (our first time in Winnipeg) before check-in. Thank you very much for everything, including the unlimited supply of hot water.

The location was good for me. My trip was a combination of visiting and some work but I had more work than expected. So the room and amenities made this easy enough.

The location was perfect as it was close to my family and my medical appointments. The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was fresh and tasty as well! We loved staying here especially since we were able to bring our dog along with us!!

I was picking up a friend at the airport. I just walked over and walked him back. I treated myself to a suite the night before. I recommend this. I hiked to Polo Park and back. The location cannot be rivaled for airport and shopping.

When we checked in we had hoped for a unit on the ground floor. None was available, so the friendly Front Desk Manager put us in a suite on the second floor. What a lovely unit! Even though our room faced the busy street, noise wasn't a factor at all. The self-serve breakfast covered all the basics: fruit, cereals, yogurt, teas and coffee, juices, and waffles or French toast with bacon. All in all, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
